2. General information
Any reservation or booking made by phone, at the office, via the website or through any other channel is binding and will be invoiced. Reservations only become valid upon our written confirmation. All prices include any applicable travel expenses.
Lessons and courses generally take place in all weather conditions, except in the case of closures of cable car and lift facilities due to weather conditions. PSV reserves the right to modify, cancel or interrupt the programme or individual services during the activity if natural and/or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (failure of lifts and cable cars, force majeure, official measures and/or safety regulations or other risks) require it. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
The PSV course ticket is personal and non-transferable. Lift access, conveyor belts, etc. are not included. No refund or compensation is provided for lessons cancelled due to lift or cable car closures.
3. Cancellation by the participant
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the price is due
Any payments already made will be offset against cancellation costs. Any remaining credit will be refunded as a voucher.
In case of late arrival or early termination of the activity by the guest, no refund is granted. Any started lesson will be fully charged.
4. Illness or accident preventing participation
In case of partial or complete inability to participate due to illness or accident, there is no right to a refund or to reschedule. The above cancellation conditions remain reserved.
5. Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out accident and cancellation insurance.
6. Insurance / Liability
The guest is not insured by PSV. PSV accepts no liability for accidents before, during or after the use of any services. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the guest.
B. Security and protection of your personal data
We consider it our primary responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and to protect it against unauthorised access. We therefore apply the utmost care and modern security standards to ensure maximum protection of your personal data.

- Booking details (activity, dates, level)

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.

- Booking and payment data: up to 10 years (legal obligation)
- Contact requests: until fully processed
